Blendor
it’s like hitting a piñata filled with exciting blog posts

The server on which blendor.com resided was hacked, and all data was deleted. I’m crossing my fingers that data can be restored, but it may not happen. I’ll know probably by the beginning of next week. At that point, things will be more or less as they were before, or I will start fresh.
On the bright side, I have a large set of old posts from my personal blog, _underscore, over at Blogspot. I’ve also been mirroring it my Virb page for a while now. It’s an excellent service Virb provides, and I applaud them for it. I thought it would be cool to import my blog to that site, so that people who use that service can see it. I didn’t even realize I was effectively backing my blog up to their servers. Thanks, Virb!

You can uncross your fingers. You’re data is probably all gone.

That sucks man :/ Thanks for the reminder to run some database backups, it’s been months.
Kinda liking this new design, by the way.

T’would be nice if there was a link back to the index, too, like the “blendor” up top maybe.
Also FYI, apparently your host isn’t set up to recognize the domain without the “www”

ah, thanks for that. hopefully this isn’t a permanent solution, but i’ll try to fix that in the meantime.
